We allow our users to build their own exchange property advert so that they can include as much or
as little information as they please.
The advert can contain pictures, diagrams, useful information about location, schools, public
transport, shops etc, any really that will help interested parties get to know what they are offering for exchange.
The sample property advert on the left shows the inclusion of two photos and a description for example. |
| Our database contains exchange property information spanning most counties in the country. You can
search for properties that match your needs by any combination of properly style, number of bedrooms and location using our simple
property search tool. In the examples below you can see how a search for 3 bedroom modern type houses in Bedfordshire was
achieved and the results it returned. |

Selecting the 5th property from the search results opens a new web page that shows the property details
and all of the discussion topics that have been created for that property, as shown here: |

Clicking the reply button takes you to a simple word processing type interface that allows you to type your reply
in a variety of different fonts, colours and sizes. If you need to include pictures then clicking the image button
allows you to upload pictures directly from your pc. Anyone that can use a simple word processor can use this tool
to make interesting and informative replies that help speed up the exchange process, as shown in this example. |

| For A1 members we also provide an email type interface that allows them to send private messages
between one another. This also helps speed up the process of exchanging properties and prevents anyone other than
members involved in an exchange from being able to view the messages sent. We use the same simple word processing interface
for creating email type private messages that is used for creating property adverts or replying to discussion topics as this
makes the learning curve for getting familiar with the A1 web site as short and simple as possible. |
